External cladding is asbestos but no asbestos inside the property. The water tank is for watering the vegie garden and trees.
Lyndon Darling attended a building inspection on the 3/5/23 and found that there was no major works to be done and nothing had to be attended to. He did find that down the track the steel columns and the base plates will need to be sand blasted and rust neutralizer painted on them.
